Mezzanine Financing

GREA is mandated to act as advisor to a Luxembourg fund and to provide mezzanine capital. The relevant investment criteria of the fund can be found below. In individual cases GREA GmbH works on arranging individual mezzanine solutions if the respective project does not fit the fund criteria.

Whole Loan Financing

We aim to find the most suitable financing structure. Whole Loan Financing provides more flexibility in the financing structure and can be a good alternative to the classic senior loan in combination with junior debt.

Senior Financing

We obtain advantageous mortgage financing at the lowest possible interest costs. Leveraging our long-standing relationships with major lending institutions nationwide, we identify the most favorable combination of financing terms for each property acquired and typically obtain several quotes in order for clients to select the one most aligned with their objectives.

Co-Equity

We are able to provide co-equity as GREA but can also arrange co-equity and preferred equity with our comprehensive network of family offices and global investors.
