GREA advises on the acquisition and on the financing for the German Telekom headquarters in Bonn

Münchener Hypothekenbank eG is financing the purchase of the German T-Mobile (Deutsche Telekom) headquarters in Bonn. The building complex located in Bonn’s “Bundesviertel” (Federal Quarter) is fully leased to Deutsche Telekom AG.
The property has over 81,000 square meters of office space and 946 underground parking spaces. The borrower established a property management company held by a Korean trust. GREA GmbH (German Real Estate Advisors, Frankfurt am Main), in cooperation with CAIDAO CAPITAL Ltd. (Hong Kong), acted as buy-side advisor.
